Sefl-Development Course PowerPoint  Presentation

This is a PowerPoint presentation I helped develop for a certified self-development instructor here in Saudi Arabia. I also helped create the content for a booklet version of the presentation. The booklet was published and is handed out to all who signed up for the course. The presentation and booklet are in Arabic, and we are currently working on a translated English version of the course.

To complete this project, I had to do some research to cross-check facts and ensure that all information in the booklet and PowerPoint match and is accurate. Credibility is something that both the instructor and I value, so I ensured that all information was referenced and cited accordingly.

Unfortunately, I can only share snippets of the PowerPoint at this time. This is an ongoing course, and I cannot share more than snippets as per the client's request. 

6-Sigma Course PowerPoint Presentation

This is another course that I am working on with another certified instructor. This is a Lean 6-Sigma course designed to help project managers design a strategy that will give them the best schedule and action plan to complete projects in the most time-efficient way with minimal costs and losses.

The instructor approached me with five projects that will enable him to establish his own training facility. The projects are:

1. Create PowerPoint presentations.

2. Create a business website that will include a signup page, an enrollment page, and a video page that links to the YouTube channel.

3. Edit course videos and upload them onto Youtube.

4. Translate the course from English to Arabic to gain a bigger audience base.

5. Create and translate testing materials to prepare students for the official Lean 6-Sigma Green Belt certification exam.
